Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management is a one year distance learning programme that covers a range of issues like service operations, consumer behaviour, sales management, marketing management and supply chain issues related to the business. The Minimum qualification required to be eligible for admission is a minimum 50% aggregate in the Graduate / Degree examination of a recognized university (45% for SC/ST).
